Welcome to Capital City Diner, a family-run American comfort food joint offering classic fare in deco-style diner digs. Fall 1984, our father starts a small business (Columbia Diner) in the center of Hudson, New York to follow his dream. Throughout the years, we took an active role in the growth of the family business. Capital City Diner represents the continuation of our father’s dream by his children. Enjoy!
